They are not the terms for the Fairways product. Using the web app at app.sunshinegolfholdings.com, or the Fairways and Fairways Operator mobile apps, is governed by the separate Fairways Terms of Service, which is the agreement that covers accounts, club data, messaging, and everything else about running events. Nothing on this page grants or limits any right in that service.

What this site is

An informational site about our company. There is nothing to sign up for here and no account behind it; the links to "log in" and "apply for access" hand you off to the Fairways web app, where its own terms take over. We may change, add, or remove anything on these pages at any time, and we may take the site down.

Our content

The text, design, and marks on this site belong to Sunshine Golf Holdings, LLC or are used with permission. You may read, link to, and share these pages. You may not copy the content into a product of your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.

Acceptable use
